Problems such as shortness of breath, fever, lack of oxygen, muscle aches, etc. This strain has proved to be very deadly for the lungs due to the corona. If you breathe in this way too, you will benefit from corona, 

Before taking a deep breath up to the lungs, lie down on a mat in a quiet and natural place and keep a pillow on the head as well as the knees. You can also study it while sitting on a chair. One thing to keep in mind is that the chair should support the back, shoulders and neck. 

Close your eyes and feel the surroundings, hear the sound of the wind, the sound of trees and birds. Slowly take a deep breath into the abdomen and release slowly. 

While doing this exercise keep one hand on the abdomen and the other hand on the chest. One thing to keep in mind is that whenever you breathe, you feel that the oxygen in the air is strengthening your lungs. When you exhale you feel that all the negativity and illnesses have gone out with the exhaled breath.

The duration of inhalation and exhalation should be the same. Count to five while inhaling and follow the same procedure as you exhale. This way the breathing time will be one. 

Wear loose and comfortable clothing while exercising, breathe very comfortably and do not exert too much force on it. Do this instinctively for 10 to 20 minutes.
