New Delhi, Aug. 1 (ANI): The National Human Rights Commission has sent a notice to the Delhi Government over the birth of a child outside government hospital due to negligence of hospital authorities. The NHRC has taken suo motu cognizance a media report that on account of negligence of doctors' at Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital in Delhi, a woman gave birth to a child outside the hospital under the open sky in the night of the 27th July, 2014....
